If you subscribe, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message. We do not collect special personal information.

Why we collect it

We use your email address only to send the digest you asked for, and your contact details only to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Consent and your rights

Subscribing requires your explicit consent. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us to confirm what information we hold, correct it, or delete it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you through the contact form.

How long we keep it

We keep subscriber details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

Security

Data is stored in a managed database with access controls in place. Only authorised administrators can view subscriber details and contact messages.
